Our two-day professional development experience is designed to equip educators and school staff with the tools they need to recognize, address, and combat harmful language while fostering a culture of respect and belonging.Our passion for a restorative approach is driven by our educational experiences, our work in the penal system, and our commitment to getting it right for the students who need it most.

Part 1   

Empowering Staff

 

Day 1: School Leadership and Staff Training

The first day is dedicated to equipping school leaders, educators, and support staff, including paraprofessionals, counselors, administrators, and other personnel, with the tools to foster an inclusive and respectful school environment. This session provides strategies to recognize, address, and prevent harmful language, empowering all staff members to create a culture of belonging and mutual respect.
